1. About us

Soularsol.com is operated by Soularsol Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through soularsol.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before ordering, and keep a copy for your records.

3. Ordering and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example where a piece is out of stock or there's a pricing error, in which case we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and, are inclusive of VAT. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments.

5. Solid gold and made-to-order pieces

Select pieces are offered as solid gold, made to order rather than held in stock. These are quoted individually, since gold cost varies, and typically take 6–8 weeks to make. No payment is taken until price and timeline are agreed directly with you.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery page for costs, timings, and international details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, without needing to give one. This right does not apply to items made to your specification or clearly personalised, which includes our made-to-order solid gold pieces. It also doesn't apply to earrings once their hygiene seal has been broken. See our Returns page for the full process.

8. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply regardless of the above, including for made-to-order pieces. Contact us and we'll sort out a repair, replacement or refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, design, photography, text and the Soular Sol name and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

10. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting without reasonable care, but not for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Privacy

We only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings there instead.
